Our Guarantee
We offer a generous 14-day money-back guarantee on all artwork. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your piece, you can return it for a full refund.
Conditions for Return
Artwork Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original condition, free of any damage or wear.
Packaging: Ideally, use the original packaging to ensure safe return shipping. If unavailable, pack the artwork securely with appropriate protective materials.
Timeframe: You have 14 days from receiving the artwork to request a return and an additional 14 days to ship it back.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs except for damaged artwork (see below).
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll request photos of the damage and packaging to help us investigate the issue and prevent future occurrences. In these cases, we'll happily arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including covering the return shipping cost.
Custom Artwork
Please note that customized artwork, including commissions, cannot be returned due to their unique nature.
Sale Priced Artwork
Please note that all artwork that was purchased on Sale cannot be returned.
